First late start then short executing period – it was time to time quite stressful for experimenting teachers In Finland, new curriculum was released and implemented beginning – same time than our experiment started Research model (too many uncontrolled variables) Test instrument was partly complicated for fifth graders. UX was not very rewarding for students. Some 8th graders didn’t take test seriously.

19 Positive notes Many teachers learned a lot of new things – portfolio as a learning method wasn’t so common in Finnish compulsory school Teamwork increased among teachers and they also started to develop new LC’s and using portfolio model in their other classes. Finnish team worked well and we learned many new things from our international partners Schools and teachers are mainly are willing to develop new things Project was well managed and atmosphere was always encouraging.
