Avaussanat – UCEF 18.4.2005 Markku Markkula: Yliopistollisen aikuiskoulutuksen erityishaasteet Taloudellinen perusta on saatava kestäväksi –Nykyiset markkinat ovat epäterveet – kaikille julkishallinnon koulutuslaitoksille samat säännöt sekä työskentelylle edellytykset luova perusrahoitus –Yliopistojen aikuiskoulutuksen kehitystehtäviin ja kolmannen tehtävän edellyttämään perustyöhön tarvitaan perusrahoitus = lähtökohtana ainakin PATin esityksen taso 15 m€ –Meidän on koottava tarkemmat perustiedot niin taloudesta ja toiminnan organisoinnista kuin ongelmistakin Meidän on yhdessä investoitava alan imagoon ja keskeisimpiin prosessi- ja tuotekuvauksiin –Imagon rakennus ja tuotemarkkinointi edellyttävät nykyistä enemmän aitoa yhteistyötä –Laatujärjestelmä UCEF-yhteistyönä –Huippuyksikköesitysten hyväksikäyttö = kovan tason julkaisu Yliopistojen aikuiskoulutuksen henkilökunnan ammatilliseen kehittymiseen on tehtävä vahva satsaus –UPJ-prosessi antaa hyvät lähtötiedot –Yhteinen kompetenssiohjelma valmisteilla = tuotekehitysrahalla TKK+HY+TuKKK ja muutkin –
