The attitude and elements on courses that encourage to collaborate and co-operate with other students As much as possible: interaction in contact teaching at first year Courses that encourage to do exercises during the period: formative assessment Reasonable amount of workload on basic courses Planning courses to support different learners (within resources) Student advancement monitoring system Active teacher tutoring Tutors, mentors, buddysystems Inclusion to the scientific community from day 1 Human centric approach Today morning’s Merita’s talk for teachers and professors (school belonging)
